Can I pay for monthly subscription?

I use to have an upgraded account billed at $19 per month but i let it lapse. I now want to redo it but it says I can only do it if I pay for the full year in advance. Is this true or can I pay monthly?

You can still avail of the monthly subscription when your select a plan.

Just click on monthly when you select your Payment Schedule.

However, if you want to avail of the year-end-sale this is only available for Yearly and Bi-Yearly subscriptions.
