Field not hiding when conditions set

    Can you please look at my form and tell me what I am doing wrong?

    "Previous Address" Field is not hiding.

    I have tried chrome and IE, no luck.

    Hi,


    "Hide Field" was selected by you, but same time, you selected "show" in CONDITION settings. So this always appear when you preview.


    You have two ways to fix problem.


    1) You can delete "CONDITION" which was prepared by you ( if "CONDITION" using is not necessary). Be careful "Previous Address" will be always hidden


    2) But if using of "CONDITION" is required, first of all you have to fix "CONDITION"


    If you want to hide "Previous Address" when value of "please select" was selected, you have to change your conditions like in the below screenshot.

    When you select other values except the "please select", "Previous Address" can be appear.
