Cancel membership and refund

    Hi, my account was autorenewed and I was charged $190.00. I can't afford this and I haven't used this service for a long time. Please refund my money and cancel this subscription.

    I have checked your account subscription and it seems you're in the Free plan.

    May we know if you have another account that has a subscription?

    It is definitely this account. I downgraded just and hour ago by removing paypal preapproved payments.

    If you check my invoices:

    2017-01-07 $114.00   Paid View

    The invoice ID was 20190080533. In any case. I contacted support by email with my billing email which is different from this account email, they said apparently they refunded me? Please double check this is correct,
