We are using a CRM called Pest Pac to store all our client information. This is a closed system so we can not automate information in and out. Everything has to be done manually.
We want to be able to allow our customers to update their credit card on file after hours. So we will need access to their full CC number, exp, and ccv to be able to manually update this in Pest Pac. We want to have a form so they can go to it and enter this information and we can update it manually during our office hours.
Is this in compliance with your use terms? If not, is there a workaround for this?
Let me know your thoughts.
