Why am I unable to upgrade my account?

    This will not allow me upgrade to the Silver package. Can you let me know what the problem is.

    I can see you have an active subscription, please make sure your payment method is updated, this guide will help you checking that: https://www.jotform.com/help/330-How-to-change-my-Payment-Method 

    If the problem persists, we may cancel your subscription, issue a refund for the unused time and set your account to the free status.
