Which tier is required to send notifications to multiple emails?

I can't find info on the pricing page at all to answer this.
To use multiple recipients, please upgrade your account.

Multiple recipients are only available to paid users(any subscription would do). There's also a limit of 10 recipients per Notification and 2 for Autoresponders. You need to create a new notification if you wish to send it to more than 10 emails.
