How to clear form fields?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to clear your form fields data after filling up?

I would suggest you to please add a "Reset" button in your form. Please note that you can select the "Submit" button of form and then enable reset button form "Advanced" tab form submit button properties. Please check the screenshot below:
