Ok, ran into this problem again with another form.
It looks like there is a disconnect between the PDF and what is being sent by auto-email for the {PDF Link}
The screenshot shows one PDF that came through with the Notification email.
The other screenshot is for the PDF downloaded from the PDF Editor.
Any suggestions on how to get the FULL complete PDF right away by email?

You might be using a different PDF template in your notification.
The one that came with email notification, kindly check if the PDF set is what you want to show as an attachment. The template you are viewing on the editor might not be the same what is set on your notification.
Please try that and let us know how it goes.
