Creating a document that can be saved.

Hi there,

We have a word document that is quite lengthy and requires our clients to input quite a bit of information into it.  It is a profile of their business so has quite a bit of detailed information in it.  Can we get someone there to create the document for us to enable our customers to input the information we need into it (including downloading images) and then we can print it as a profile document?  We also need it to be able to be saved by the client and sent when they have completed it.
