Does the client have to fill out a form multiple times?

Does the client have to fill out a form multiple times or does the system track them and allow them to see any information as long as they have filled out the permissions form once.  

I'm not sure if I understood your question correctly, do you mean you want the users/responder of your form to access the already submitted form? If yes, the notification/autoresponder email template has "edit submission" link by default.

If this is enabled then the respondent of your form will still be able to edit their submission. You will also be notified on your email if they make changes to their submissions.
