My form does not show all of the form options on my smartphone

    My form(https://form.jotform.com/90138679303157) does not show all of the form options on my smartphone.  Works well on a tablet, and desktop.  Can you please tell me how to fix.

    It looks like that you have updated your form. As I check your form on my Android mobile it seems to be displaying normally. Were you able to fix the issue? If you are still experiencing any issue, please let us know the model of the smartphone that you are using so that we'll try to replicate it at our end to assist you further.
