Uploaded file download link requires sign in to jotform

Hi,

We recently transitioned to Jotform from Wufoo.

We have noticed that when a file is uploaded to a form, the download link produced by Jotform can only be opened by someone logged into Jotform. 

This was not the case with Wufoo the link was open to anyone who receives the link.

Is this a setting that we can change or is there a workaround so that someone without Jotform can open download the file?

The download link can be shared and opened without logging in JotForm.
