    It's possible that you are not logged to your JotForm account on the same browser when you access the link to the files uploaded through your form.

    If you want to be able to view the uploaded files without needing to log-in to your account, please uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" of the Privacy settings of your account — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    It may be the Internet connection issue. To solve this, you can open the Windows Internet Connections troubleshooter by clicking the Start button and then go to the Control panel. After that, find and click Troubleshooting. Under the Network and Internet, click Internet Connections and Windows will offer to troubleshoot the connection. Then reset the router following how to reset linksys router and the problem will be resolved.
