Are form images and logos automatically optimized for the Web?

This is actually a 3-part question:  

1.  Are logos placed in the logo section of a form automatically optimized for the web?

2.  With respect to other images located outside of the logo section (e.g., within the Text Header section of a form), are they also automatically optimized for the web?

3.   With respect to question #1 and #2, are any of these images automatically optimized for mobile?

Our forms are mobile responsive by default, so all images should be automatically optimized for mobile.
