AutoSuspended??

Hello, 

I just signed up for the first time and was in the middle of creating my first form and then I randomly got locked out and when I try to log in it says my account has been auto suspended?  

I barely even got through creating a simple contact form, so I'm sure I haven't violated any TOS.

I enjoyed the first 10 minutes of what I saw, Although I'll admit this is very discouraging as I was considering upgrading to the pro package here soon.

Any insight would be extremely helpful,

Gathering this type of data infringes our Terms of Use.

Asking for an access code to conditionally show/hide fields within your form is okay. However, you should refrain from using "Password" as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector. Kindly change it to something similar like an "access code". Other than that, no other kinds of passwords or user credentials are allowed to be collected.

The infringing field has been deleted and your account has been reactivated, refrain from creating login forms because it can trigger an automatically suspension by our Phishing Detector Tool.
