We have lost all our Forms

    Hello,

    We have started to receive a "Form over Quota" error message on all out forms, and when i log in to Jotform, it's like a new page with none of our forms.


    Please advise?

    I have checked the History page of your account. I don't see any records of forms deleted in your account and I also don't see any records that show you have created one.

    Perhaps you are referring to another account?

    Can you share with us the link to any form (Form URL) that is stored in your account, please? Or, the website where the form is embedded. You can also share with us the email address that's been receiving email notification when your form is submitted.

    We will wait for your response.

    re you able to tell me the account this form is associated with? As im logged into this one with no history of any forms.

    The form you provided is located on the account danerh. There are 53 forms on the mentioned account and they are all active.
