Segregating responses from various sources

So, I have my survey running as a FB ad. I also have a couple of other sources of people I'd like to invite to complete it (an email list, a FB business page). Because I'm not using any website or other tech yet, I'm not sure how to post the same survey link multiple places and then segregate the responses.

Do you have any suggestions?   Thanks in advance, Barbara

You may add a dropdown option in which you can add options that from which website they are registering?

With this information collected in the submissions, you may segregate it from the submission page.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.

Yes, but that requires they fill it in accurately. I was hoping for an automated way that did not rely on each respondent doing this correctly.

Our "Get Referrer" widget returns the page the user visited prior to opening the form:

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_referrer

That way, you can see from which page the user opened the form.  If the form was embedded to a web page, you could use the "Get form page URL" widget to return the page the form is embedded to:
