Why is the payment is missing in our Square account?

    Two of our members registered for an event on our jotform and paid through our Square field but I am not seeing the transactions in Square. It looks like it was paid through the submission form and has a transaction ID. Can you confirm it was paid and why we are not seeing it in our Square account?

    I have checked your JotForm and see that the Square is connected in live mode on your form. As I check the submissions are also displaying the Transaction IDs. Since the payments are processed by the payment gateway, Square we request you to get in touch with them providing the Transaction IDs so that they can assist you in this regard.
