I am not currently a customer yet, but looking into options. I am currently not able to easily see who is enrolled in my class. can I do that with jotform?

For expample, if some of my students showed up for class but some are missing can I quickly see who is still missing and access their information, like phone number etc.

Okay, thank you BUT here is where I don't quite understand:

In the widget for the gift registry, for example, I can place how many spots there are per class, so every time I add a new class I enter it into the widget.

Now on the payment settings box I also have to enter what products I am selling....

that means my customer has to check two boxes for the same product they are buying?

    That makes no sense?

Why is there not just an option on the payment settings feature to limit how many products you sell? I don't feel like this is a good option.

I want my customer to click on the product on my website, get directed into this jotform and be able to fill out registration info, pick the class and pay. But I need to ensure the class does not oversell on the backend. I am selling like 25 classes at a time I can't stay ontop of which class is about to be full!

This, I am sure is not the first time you have come across this. From the answers you have given me, I don't really see a solution. It would be really awesome if you guys had some videos or something, especially since you are marketing this to people like me who run summer camps and classes. This is such an awesome platform, but this is such a simple problem that could be fixed.

Please let me know how to do that. Thank you!

As far as I understand, you would like to limit the products on the form. We have a very detailed guide to implement that so your users would not have to select same option twice to pay for it. Please review instructions here: How-to-Setup-a-Payment-Order-Form-with-Limited-Stocks

We will be happy to help if you face difficulties when setting up your form.
