Cannot login to the account

    Hi I created a form for a website last year and the I cannot remember who I passed the login detail to manage the form. And now it it time to update the form. Is there anyway that you can help me? I believe the registered user was for a  @bossbranding.com or @yarracg.com.au email address

    The email associated with the account is n*tal*e@bossbranding.com.au so if you know if you can use it to log in or reset the password by using forgot password option:

    Hi there, thanks for that. I really need to access this account but I cannot remember the password and unfortunately the email account natalie@bossbranding .com.au has been temporarily suspended due to some error white we were trying to setup Gsuite. Are there any other emails attached to this jot form account. Or is there something we can do ie change the account email to hello@bossbranding.com.au
    Any help. In this matter would be much appreciated.

    The email address provided by you was correct for the account BBA_. Please note that it is possible to have only one email account associated with each account. Unfortunately, we cannot change the account email address without the account owner consent or received the request with the same email address. Since you have already verified the account email address, we may move the form from that account to any other account registered using the same domain email address.

    Hi there, 

    Thanks for the quick reply. So do I need to create another account with jotform with the same domain name? You can't just change email registered with the form to hello@bossbranding.com.au?

    We request you to reply this email using hello@bossbranding.com.au or open a new thread using hello@bossbranding.com.au so that we can change the email address for the account for you.

    Since hello@bossbranding.com.au  email is already registered as a guest account so we are not able to update the email address. In JotForm each account has a unique email address. Duplicate entries cannot exist.

    What I would request you to log in with this email and we will move the Form to your new account with email Id hello@bossbranding.com.au.

    I have updated the email Id with hello@bossbranding.com.au

    The username for this account is BBA_

    Please log in your account with these details.
