How to clone form from different account?

     is there a way to import a form someone else has already created?

    I posted the URL below of the form and want to import but use my own url

    You can clone the form to your account and a copy of it will appear. Please follow instructions provided here: How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
