My PDF Version won't load for two of my forms

These two forms won't load when I open them in PDF Editor. This picture is all I see when I open both of them in PDF Editor. The form itself works fine, but I can't make edits to the PDFs.

I have checked your form and I can see what you're reporting, try deleting the current PDF document and adding a new one, note that this does not affect the submissions. 

To delete the document, go to the PDF editor, click on the option's button and the delete option:
