Submission emails are not being sent from form.

Hello,

This is Anagha from Blue Frog Embroideries and screen printing.. We are having problem receiving Jot form requests. So my team creates a request on jot form and add name to send to but Jot form request goes back to requester and not to the recipient. Also requester does not get any this back either. So they have no idea where did it go.

I don't use Jot form myself to send anything but my team does. Can you please guide me for the problem that we are facing?
