I deleted my account but I am still billed

    I deleted my account a week ago and you charged me for it today. Please remove that charge and do whatever you do to stop my account.

    I checked our record, and you have already canceled the subscription to your end via Paypal. All good now, and you will not be billed again next time.

    No worries. I have sent a refund request to our billing team for your last payment. You should have the refund in 4-10 business days, and Paypal should notify you about it.
