I can't get the conditioned logic to work on a multiline question

I have used a multiline question box to ask a yes/no question and then give more details if the answer is yes. I've applied conditioned logic so if the answer is no, to skip to the next question.

However if my users choose no, the conditioned logic wont kick in, users cannot move on until they type an answer in the text box eg nil. How do I overcome this please? It is question 7 on my survey form (details below).

I checked your form and I saw that you removed the drop-down field:

But, also, you set the text-box field as not required:

So that condition should work now.
