Disabling a form using date

Can you tell me if the time in the Disable by Date is set for AM or PM.  It does not indicate which it is when using this setting.  It is for my form:  Emory Outreach Speaker Evaluaton https://hipaa.jotform.com/90095109642153

The Time on the Expire Date settings of the Disable on date option of the Form Status is in the 24-hours time format.
