    For example:

    Field A contains: Fred Smith - fsmith@gmail.com

Field B: can it be made to automatically be equal to the last word in Field A ? i.e. the email address ?

It's a bit like the rightword function in Excel

    Tnx

It is possible if you will make it the whole value of field A. Let's say I type "fsmith@gmail.com" in field A. Then it will copy or transfer the value from field A to field B.

    Now both value is
    Field A = fsmith@gmail.com
    Field B = fsmith@gmail.com
    This is possible.

However, if you will only get the ".com" part then it is not possible, perhaps you can do it using the full source code of the form then embed it to your webpage.
