Is there a form report that allows customization?

When I create an excel report from a language club registration form, with all our submissions received.

Can I customized the report with my personal detailed information ex: Company logo, report date, page # to use as a distribution check sign in/out list for my instructors?

Or should I use another type of report? Thanks

Unfortunately, the Excel report is not customizable. The Visual Report allows adding Text, and Images, please give it a try: https://www.jotform.com/help/187-How-to-Create-a-Visual-Report-with-Your-Form-Submissions
