I was not notified of a submission to a new entry.

    I created a jotform, I submitted the first submission myself. I received a notification from PayPal that my account has been charged, but I did not receive a notification of the order to my email, nor does it show up in the submissions for the form.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form's submission page and found that your last two submission ended up in "Incomplete Payments" section. That is the reason why you have not received the notification email.

    Have you received the payments successfully in your PayPal account?  If you are receiving payment in your PayPal account successfully but the submissions are still marked as incomplete payment, that means that IPN of your PayPal account is not enabled. I would suggest you to please check your PayPal account and ensure that IPN is enabled.
