Can I copy a form to an existing form?

    can i copy a form to an existing form so i dont lose the history of the other form?

    JotForm allows you to copy/clone an existing form very easily. Here is a link to the JotForm User Guide:

    @FoodJets,

    As mentioned by @jorgezeledon, you may clone the form to your account by using the form URL or from the More menu after selecting the form in the My Forms page as well.
