PayPal express checkout displaying error and unable to process the payment

    Hello!

    I'm hoping that I can get some help and what I'm trying to accomplish isn't as complicated as its seeming to be.

    I'm trying to set up an order form for my business and it seemed to be really simple to set up and get all the info I needed entered but I cannot get the checkout to work. I made a form and added a couple of my items then added payment info. I was hoping to get this to just link right with my PayPal account and the Client ID and the client Secret into the PayPal integration system then published it and went to test it and I cannot get it to work. it gives me an error so I thought even though I was purchasing a 0 quantity on the other item I needed to click it. When I do that it no longer gives me an error but then it just doesn't work. I click to pay and another window pops up then disappears and it does nothing. 

    Is this something that you can help me with? I want to make sure this is going to work for me before I consider upgrading. Also....theres only a few times a year, normally around holidays, where I need more than 10 payments a month, am I able to only upgrade the months that I need for the time being?

    I have checked your JotForm and see that the Client ID and Secret seems to be of having same length. Please check the Client ID and Secret from https://developer.paypal.com and correct in the PayPal wizard of the form. Also, I notice that the payment field is set on Sandbox mode. Please check and you may need to change it to Live mode from the Additional Gateway settings to receive the payments.
