I do not know my username to log into my account

I am having the same issue.  I have signed up with Jot Form and have been billed.  But I do not know my username to log into my account so that I can create and use another form

I have checked your account and you're subscribed to the Bronze plan.

You can login to your account using your email address a***d2qu**ng@gmail.com.
