Asana: How to pass multiple fields to the task description?

A shame these don't work well together. As others have commented, I can only select 1 field to send to the task description, when I want to send all the fields.
The Asana workaround using custom tags is not available to me.
I will try the other workaround, which is for the form to send an email to the asana address, which should include all the contents in the email.

I would like to suggest another workaround. You can also combine values of multiple fields into 1 hidden field using Form Calculation widget. Then, this field can pass total value to Asana's task description. Here is a guide: How-to-Manipulate-Text-String: commaSeparated
