Is there a way we can create a PDF with Jotform and have the file name based on reference?

Hi,

I don't know if it's possible with jotform pdf and i want your advise, 

For some customers we need to export many product page in PDF format from our ERP (it's working well today)

But for somes of us we need to add their own reference next to our reference

Today, the sales people have an excel with our reference and their reference and do that manualy (many time just for this)

After that the PDF need to be rename by their reference,

I ask if you have ideas to make this with jotform (we also have zapier / so maybe we can use google sheet or excel online), i also ask to zapier

Assuming that you already create the form, and if the reference is one of the fields in it, you can use that as a PDF file name. Just set that in the PDF editor as shown in the below guide:
