We want to sign up as a non-profit.

I believe I signed up as a non-profit. We would like to upgrade to bronze or silver, but I’m not sure of the price as it states that non-profits get 50% off.

You are right, we offer 50% discount to certified 501C3 organizations. However, I do not see an application from your account. In order to get a discount, please submit an application here: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/ 

Once reviewed, you will receive instructions to upgrade with a discount. Usually it takes 24-48 hours.
