How to change design all questions on one page to card style?

    I have an existing form that has all the questions on one page (classic form), that I would like to convert to single question per page (card style)...is there a way to do that without recreating the whole thing?

    Yes, it is possible to change form layout. You should simply select 'Single Question in One Page' via form settings (at the bottom): How-to-Change-the-Form-Layout
