How can I see how many submissions I got left for the month?

Also, is the sum of submissions is per month, meaning it reset on the first of each month, or is it calculated by 30 days cycles?

Just click your avatar on the upper right and you will see your total submission and its limit.

One last thing, how is the renewal of submissions/month works? Is it being reset each beginning of a month, or something else?

Please note that the submissions/views/payments counter shall be reset on 1st of the following month for all accounts.
