How to edit an online form?

    Hello, in my account, it seems that I can only edit the newer form in card templates. Anyway I can go about editing the original form(Eu Rewards Flow)?

    Let me provide some explanation for a dropdown you see when clicking 'Edit Form'. 

    There would be a dropdown if PDF fillable form is created as additional option to collect form responses via PDF readers such as Adobe or Foxit viewers. Fillable PDF forms do not support online payments and most of the widgets.

    If you would like to edit your online form Eu Rewards Flow, please click 'Edit as Online Form'.
