Address field in Autoresponder email is not really blank

Hello,

I created a form that has an optional address field if the customer wants the product shipped to them, but picking up in the store is also an option. If they do not choose shipping and leave the address fields blank, I want the address form in the Autoresponder email not to show. Right now it shows Shipping to: Country: United States (see captured image). If they don't fill an address, I don't want the "Shipping to" field to show up.

I cannot find a way to eliminate the Country pre-fill (it's already eliminated in my form), so the Address field always shows up in my Autoresponder email. Can we eliminate this?
