How can I clone an existing form, then edit a few spots?

To clone a form, click on Create A Form in the My Forms page then choose the form layout (Classic or Card from). Next click on Import Form then if you want to clone a form from a web page click on From a web page and enter the form URL or if you want to clone an existing form in your account, click on Clone existing form and select the form from the dropdown.
