    If I upgrade from the starter plan (free) to the bronze plan ($19/month) in order to remove your branding and the form still doesn't fit properly on my website when I embed the form, will I still be able to downgrade to a free plan within 30 days for a full refund and keep all of account settings and information? 

    Right now with the free plan the form doesn't quite work out with the mobile version of my website. It looks kind of awkward so I'm willing to try an upgrade to see if it looks any better.

    Yes, you can downgrade back to the free plan and get a full refund within 30 days after an upgrade.

    Once you upgrade, this will remove the Jotform footer from your form. However, this will not change the layout of your form on the mobile website. If you are having some issues with the mobile layout, you may create a separate support thread and provide us with a link to the web page so we will be able to take a look.
