Payment Failed, URGENT

    Hi, I have been trying to upgrade my account. My credit card has enough balance and it keeps saying unable to process payment when I try to upgrade to silver plan. All my forms are down and I need them back. it's frustrating. Please help.

    I did check your account and found that you have successfully upgraded your account to silver monthly plan and paid through your PayPal account.
