CardConnect payment sending two API requests causing duplicate transactions

    JotForm is sending two separate API requests to the CardConnect payment gateway causing duplicate transactions. I had sent an email to support at api@jotform.com and have not gotten a response. Can you please advise best contact for troubleshooting?

    I have checked the CardConnect integration using Sandbox mode and see that it is working normally at my end. It appears to be a form specific issue. Could you enable the Sandbox mode for the form and see if that works normally?

    Also, please let us know if you are experiencing the same issue with a different form. This would help us in forwarding the issue to our backend team for further investigation.
