Cannot download submitted files.

Hello,

When I try and download files submitted through my form, I get the following: 

This page isn’t working files.jotform.com redirected you too many times.

I have cleared my cookies and the problem persists, and even when I log in to my account and try to access the file I get the same problem. This issue has been going on for over a week.

I rely on this feature to run my business, so it's a serious problem. Therefore, an expedient reply would be appreciated.

Is this happening to all attachments? I've tried downloading some and so far it only happens to "Saskia Hantel" when downloading the "Manuskript, stranger in my room, SMR, Überarbeitung.docx" file.

If you are experiencing this with other attachments, please let us know those submissions so we can collate and forward it to our back end team to have it checked.
