    Hi there,

It became obvious translating the underlying PDF forms is not an available feature yet. Very disappointing.

So, I created a second PDF form and translated it manually in the second language.

At reopening of the PDF editor, all language changes were erased.

How can I recover the translations?

Do you have any solution for the PDF forms to be in the language of form submission or not?

The form in question is Insurance Needs Analysis

    Thank you!

    Best regards,

    Anton

Unfortunately, there's no way to recover them at the moment.

I think what happened was, you've made an update in your web form and this was carried to your PDF document when you select YES, PROCEED on the popup window when you open the PDF Editor. This reverts all the text and labels to its default language.

I understand this is going to be labor intensive but please translate them again and make sure to click CANCEL when it asks you to update the PDF.

You need to translate them manually in the PDF Editor for now and cancel the popup when it asked you to update whenever you open the PDF Editor.
