Submission PDF - want it to place hyperlink in Admin notification email rather than URL

In my administrative notification email, I would like to provide the link to the PDF form of the submission.

I can insert the link to that PDF form using the merge field selector... but I would like that to be presented as a hyperlink rather than a long, messy URL.

When I put the merge field into the dialog box for setting up a hyperlink, however, Jotform doesn't intelligently just create the hyperlink it chews it all up and spits this out:

So does jotform not support setting up hyperlinks with the PDF merge field?

what is the {id} value referring to?

That is referring to the submission ID. Let us know if you need more help.
