Downloaded form submissions are garbled (encypted)

Hi,

I am trying to download form entries to excel.  Have done so successfully in the past.  Recently downloaded one entry then deleted it, only to find that the excel version is garbled because of encryption.  Can you enable me to decode it???

Now I have further entries to download and the same is happening (though I have not deleted them).

Please help asap!

To my understanding, when you download the submissions as Excel file, you are receiving the data as encrypted. You should remove the encryption on your form before downloading the file.

You should have downloaded the key when you are creating the encryption.
