How to enable the Form as it got disabled due to upload space limit got exhausted?

    Boa tarde! nao atingir o limite estipulado na conta gratis e mesmo assim meu formulario se encontra desativado devido a ter atigindo o limite

    On checking your Form, I noticed it is up and running. Are you referring to these Forms in your account?

    The accounts also seem to be in good standing.
