Upgrade for paid amount

    I wrote earlier asking for a refund, however, I need to be moved back to the bronze level ASAP. Can you please just put us back?

    You are still under the bronze level, please check your account. 

    Also, make sure your subscription with id I-E9Y0H51RBDH3 is active on your PayPal account, this way you avoid the downgrade on the next billing date.
