How can I print or download a list of all people / all participants, who filled out the form, with one click?

Unfortunately, this option is not available.

I have escalated your request to our development. A ticket has been opened. You can follow the updates via this thread. Also, you will be notified via this thread if the feature implements.

In the meantime, I would like to suggest another solution. Please kindly follow the following steps:

1- Go to the Submissions Page.

2- Click on the gear icon. A list of the fields will be opened.

3- Unchecked the fields. You should only mark the Name field (or the Email field in case you might need it).

4- After that, you can print or download your submissions. You can go to the PDF Editor, and download all the submissions in a single zip file, too. 

However, all submission will be received separately. You might need to customize them on your computer again.

All in all, this is a temporary solution and I have escalated your request to our development team.
